Croissant, Plain
Butter-laminated, baked twice daily so the 10am batch isn't leftover from open.
Pain au Chocolat
Two batons of dark chocolate, same dough as the plain croissant.
Almond Croissant
Day-old croissant dough reworked with almond cream and toasted almonds. Rich — one is plenty.
Cardamom BunsPopular
Swedish-style, brown butter filling, pearl sugar. Usually the first thing to sell out.
Morning Buns
Orange and cinnamon, laminated dough rolled and baked in a muffin tin for the crisp edges.

Same base dough, coated in sesame, flax, and sunflower seed before the final proof.

Baguette
Thin crust, tight crumb. Baked in small batches through the morning as they sell.

Dense, fudgy, cut thick. Made with a dark chocolate blend, not cocoa powder.

No refined sugar in the filling. The closest thing on the menu to a defensible breakfast.
Snickerdoodles
Soft-baked, rolled in cinnamon sugar. Sold individually or by the dozen.
